In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data was or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;

  • request the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR;

  • request the deletion of your personal data stored by us pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;

  • request the restriction of processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its deletion, and we no longer need the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

  • receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another controller pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR;

  • withdraw your consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. This means we may no longer continue data processing based on this consent in the future;

Data Minimization

We do not store device and card identifiers (IMEI, UDIS, IMSI, MAC addresses), SIM card numbers, biometric data such as fingerprints, or IP addresses.

flAPPdev uses the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) for all data transmissions, in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. Usually, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we fall back on 128-bit technology. When you access pages of our website that are equipped with such a plugin, a connection is made to YouTube servers and the plugin is displayed. This tells the YouTube server which of our websites you visited. If you are logged in as a YouTube member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, such as clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube account and other accounts of YouTube LLC and Google Inc. before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies.
